It makes me very happy to hear how pleased my customers are, and I appreciate the time they have taken out of their busy days to let me know how they feel. These notes make it all worthwhile. Of course, I would like to hear from any dissatisifed customers as well, so I can attempt to make things right. I just haven't heard from any yet.
I just wanted to tell you the jewelry is just as lovely in person, more so! I have shown them around today when I went into town. I gave outseveral of your brochures. The young folks at the shoe store I buy shoes from a lot, loved the Celtic one and the pink bracelet and the more mature ladies had a fit over the watch. I am having a very difficult time letting the Celtic and pink bracelet go...LOLOLOL! If they weren't for my daughters I would keep them.
Thanks for putting the items in those wonderful little bags also! What a special touch! I am so thrilled with them! I am anxious to order more also. I am going to hand out some of your cards/brochures at church Sunday and to my family also.

Words cannot express how happy you made me today when I saw the silver box with the surprise inside. It's absoultely beautiful!!! Thank you so much for the bracelet, it came today and it's more beautiful than the photo. I had the combination of big smiles because it's so beautiful, a little laughter because I was so happy that it came to me (like a kid at christmas time) and shed a few tears because of my awareness groups and why I'm heavily involved with them.
